Sophia Umansky just shared a video on TikTok in which she expressed great sadness after being told that she was unable to have her lips filled.

As mom Kyle Richards, 56, and dad Mauricio Umansky, 54, keep an eye on her diet amid her use of Mounjaro for weight loss, Sophia, 25, revealed she had gotten her lips dissolved two weeks prior and returned to the med spa in hopes of having them refilled, only to be told that they would need to dissolve more before that would be possible.

“Everyone has been saying they like my lips so much more like this, and I will say, they have been slowly growing on me in the past two weeks, but I really do want just a little something, especially in the top lip. They’ll never be as big as they were before, but I do feel like I need a little bit of a plump,” she explained before heading into the spa.

Sophia, who has appeared alongside her mom on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and alongside her dad on Buying Beverly Hills, went on to admit that she “[feels] very insecure.”

“I wish I wasn’t like this, but I feel like I’m constantly thinking about it. I’m like, overlining my lips over and over again. And you know, I wish I wasn’t so vain, but I can’t help it,” she insisted.

Then, after having more filler dissolved and being told to return in 10 days, Sophia said, “My heart is broken.”

“They’re gonna be even smaller than they were. I can’t even fathom that there was still filler in them. Like, I can’t fathom it,” she continued.

“I’m so aware of how ridiculous I am, I just can’t help it,” Sophia added in a caption.

In other news, Kyle and Mauricio are said to be worried about Sophia’s health due to her use of Mounjaro.

“They are really upset that she’s taking a weight loss drug when she doesn’t need to lose any weight. It’s especially upsetting for Kyle because she suffered from an eating disorder when she was younger and the last thing she wants is to see her daughter go through anything similar,” a source told Life & Style on June 11. “Sophia insists that she needed to take it, that she had weight she needed help losing, but the reality is she is not overweight and never has been. It’s very worrisome for her parents and they’re begging her to stop before she seriously damages her health.”

Sophia, 25, is “not getting enough nutrients if her hair is falling out,” the insider added.

After admitting to experiencing hair loss as a result of her Mounjaro use in May, Sophia told her fans and followers on TikTok she wasn’t getting the right nutrients and protein.

Weeks later, she has reportedly “vowed to get better about what she eats, but the concern is whether she will actually follow through.”

“Kyle is now monitoring her diet and nagging her to take her vitamins,” the insider continued. “No matter how old Sophia gets Kyle and Mauricio will still dote on her, that’s how they are with their kids, they are very hands-on parents.”

Kyle and Mauricio also share daughters Alexia Umansky, 28, and Portia Umansky, 17.
