Ricki Lake is opening up about the work she’s had done after shedding 40 pounds.

“I’ve had a lower face and neck lift,” the former talk show host, 56, shared on the Thursday, June 12, episode of Bravo’s Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. “I kind of think it’s the best facelift I’ve ever seen.”

Lake gave a shout-out to her “genius” plastic surgeon, Beverly Hills-based Dr. Allen Foulad, describing him as the “best.” She said, “I’ve sent many people to him.”

“You can’t see nothing! It’s amazing.” Lake continued. “I’m fully transparent, always have been. This is something that was bothering me. I lost a lot of weight and I had this thing hanging and I had it fixed.”

The results of Lake’s procedure wowed host Andy Cohen, who told her, “It looks so good!” In fact, Cohen, 57, joked, “I’m heading to L.A. for this!”

“I’ve seen a lot of work in these … that’s really good,” he complimented the Hairspray actress.

Lake opened up about her 40-pound weight loss exclusively to Us Weekly in January, revealing that she shed the pounds without using weight-loss drugs like Ozempic.

“I started October 26, 2023, and went on this journey,” said Lake, who described herself as “living [her] best life.”

The television personality said that she began by “following a very strict keto diet” that included intermittent fasting and hiking outside “every single day” with a weighted vest.

Since October 2023, Lake has also done Pilates “four days a week,” which contributed to her losing 40 pounds and keeping it off.

“I did not go on any drug because I wasn’t prediabetic,” she said, noting, “There’s nothing wrong with those drugs. They’re actually game changers for so many people. But for me, I did not want to be reliant on a drug if I could help it.”

Instead of using Ozempic or similar GLP-1 medications, Lake shared that she did her “own thing,” which was “very specific.”

“I wore a glucose monitor. I wore my Oura ring [which tracks health data]. I prioritized sleep and overall, a low-stress lifestyle. And it worked,” she said. “It continues to work.”

Lake told Us she continues to make her health a “priority” and gives herself all the tools to succeed. “I don’t go out late at night like my friends. I have DJ friends, they’re going out at midnight, and I’m like, ‘I’m so sorry. I cannot get there,’” she said. “I am way asleep by, like, 8 p.m.”

The former talk show host shared that she goes to bed early and wakes up to work out before sunrise. “I hike every single day, weather allowed. But even in the rain, I’m just out there [at the] crack of dawn with my dog and usually my husband,” she added.
