Fiona Falkiner has shared the devastating moment she found her passport half-eaten by her dog just two days before jetting off on holiday.
The model, who was ready to head to Bali for her ‘one holiday of the year’, posted a series of snaps and videos to Instagram on Monday of the important travel document which had been chewed on by her pup, Rocket.
‘You would not believe it… Off to Bali tomorrow and rocket just ate my passport,’ the 42-year-old wrote across a picture showing the chewed-up booklet.
Thanks to Australia’s strict laws regarding travel documentation, damaged passports can often see people barred from travelling.
‘Who thinks I have no hope of travelling with this?’ she captioned the next slide, which was accompanied with a poll.

Her followers were seemingly brutal in the poll, encouraging the star to apply for a new one straight away.
‘From what everyone has suggested it appears I’ll be off bright and early tomorrow morning to the passport office
‘Thank you Rocket,’ she added.
She went on to say she couldn’t believe what had happened, especially considering how soon her trip was.
‘Our one holiday of the year and I’ll probably miss half of it,’ she sadly told the camera.
However, the mum-of-two later shared updates with her fans, revealing she had ordered a new passport and was assured by the office worker that it should be delivered by the end of the day.
Fiona, who is set to travel to Bali on Tuesday with her wife Hayley Willis and two sons Hunter, four, and Spencer, two, recently opened up about the sweet way she began her romance with the sports presenter.
The Biggest Loser veteran revealed their relationship began via social media in early 2018, when Hayley, 34, messaged her on Instagram out of the blue.

‘I’d had a few drinks, a bit of liquid courage, and just messaged her and said, “What are my chances of taking you out for a drink someday?”‘ Hayley told 9Honey.
‘I thought it was quite ballsy to just ask me out from word dot,’ Fiona added.
‘She told me later, “I just want you to know, I wasn’t, like, a fan of yours or anything like that”.’
After messaging each other for several months, they finally met up in person in October 2018 and they knew things were getting serious.
‘We literally were inseparable for the whole summer and spent every moment together. I started thinking, “You know what? I want this for the rest of my life”,’ Hayley added.
The pair became engaged after just seven months of dating in 2019, when Hayley popped the question on holiday in Vanuatu.
In 2020, Fiona announced the pair were expecting their first child, sharing a photo to Instagram of Hayley cradling her bump, and they welcomed son Hunter in May 2021.
They delayed their wedding due to Covid restrictions, welcoming their second child in August 2022 before walking down the aisle a couple of months later.
