Man wanted for Aggravated Assault near Bobby Jones Expressway

AUGUSTA, Ga. () – The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a man who is wanted for an Aggravated Assault that occurred Thursday.

Timothy Andrew Heath, 28, is wanted for Aggravated Assault in connection to an incident that took place near the intersection of Sand Bar Ferry Road and I-520 (Bobby Jones Expressway) on June 19.

According to authorities, Heath was least seen operating an older model black Ford F-150 with the the Georgia tag, CNI4705. Heath is described as 5’8 and weighing 170 pounds, approximately.

“Use caution – Timothy Heath may be armed and dangerous,” the public release from RCSO stated.

According to the press release, the GA tag CNI4705 was not registered to the vehicle pictured above and is for another vehicle owned by Heath. It also states that the vehicle pictured may have heavy front end damage.
