That’s major! Fashion designer Rachel Zoe is officially joining The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, per Bravo’s official statement. Rachel is no stranger to reality TV or Bravo after starring in Bravo’s The Rachel Zoe Project from 2007 to 2013. Now, the stylist is returning to her roots in a new fashion with Beverly Hills’ top Housewives.

Rachel is joining the series after a tough few seasons for the Housewives and a few major life changes for Rachel. Adding someone of Rachel’s stature to the Real Housewives roster has a lot of potential for new, juicy storylines and an inside look at what’s going on in Rachel’s life outside tabloid gossip.

Rachel Zoe Is The Perfect Fit

On June 6, 2025, Rachel Zoe confirmed with US Weekly that she’ll be a part of the beautiful chaos on Season 15 of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Rachel spoke of her excitement about a new adventure on Bravo.

“I am beyond excited to be returning home to Bravo to join the cast of the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills!”

Rachel’s addition to the series comes after announcing her divorce from her longtime husband of 26 years, Rodger Berman. The former couple has two children together. After some time away from reality TV, Rachel will theoretically have a lot to share with the public, especially fresh out of a divorce.

The designer and stylist shared more insight into her decision on Instagram, writing, “It’s official. I am coming back to Bravo. I am joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. It’s been a while, and you’ve been asking me to come back to television, and I said when stars aligned, or it makes sense, or I have enough to say to share with all of you. And now’s the time. Really excited to be with all of you again, and I hope you are, so let’s have some fun.”

According to Bravo, Executive Producer Andy Cohen is thrilled about Rachel joining the series after a rough couple of years. The host shared on his radio show, “We are so excited about that, and to have Rachel, and it’s so wild.” He continued, “She really fits. It’s just a perfect fit.”

Because of her divorce, Andy shared that Rachel is in a “transitional moment of her life,” which makes her a unique person to watch on TV. Her former connection to the Bravo reality TV world also makes her the perfect addition.

Kathy Hilton Helped Rachel Zoe Become A Housewife

Andy Cohen isn’t the only one who’s excited by Rachel joining RHOBH. Friend of the franchise, Kathy Hilton, shared with Parade that she’s the one who brought Rachel to the series. “She’s a straight shooter. She’s very wise, and she’s an old soul.” While a straight shooter, Kathy doesn’t think Rachel is one to stir the pot. “I don’t know her to be like that at all. I think when you have a lot of strong personalities — let’s put it this way — she can do it. She’s great.”

On The Today Show, Andy Cohen accidentally leaked that Kathy’s sister, Kyle Richards, will join Rachel for Season 15. “Kyle is coming back, I don’t know if I’m supposed to announce that. But she is, thank you.” Like Rachel, Kyle is separated from her husband and is in a transitional moment in her life.

Between living a luxurious life, a new divorce, and being a celebrity stylist and designer, no one is a better fit for RHOBH than Rachel.

Where Did Season 14 Of The Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills Leave Off?

Rachel Zoe may be walking into quite a few fires among the Housewives of Beverly Hills. While it’s unknown who’s officially returning for Season 15, Rachel will be joined by Kyle Richards, who found herself in a few tumultuous moments with her fellow cast members in Season 14.

• Kyle Richards refused to elaborate on her relationship or friendship with country singer Morgan Wade. She tried deflecting questions, which only upset castmates who have aired their dirty laundry all season long.
• Dorit Kemsley went head-to-head against Sutton Stracke and Garcelle Beauvais. Season 14 continued Dorit’s long-term feud with Sutton over what Dorit calls “mean girl” comments.
• Erika Jayne wished that Garcelle was “more interesting,” but her issues with Garcelle are moot since Garcelle announced at the end of the season that she would not be returning to the series.

Jennifer Tilly and Bozoma “Boz” Saint John were newcomers in Season 14 and had a solid first RHOBH reunion. And while Jennifer’s fate is unknown, Boz hinted that she would be back for another season. According to Entertainment One, Boz said, “I don’t do anything just for one season. You know?” “I feel like my life and my experiences are building blocks on each other. And as long as I feel like this is a mutually beneficial relationship, then we’re good.”

Seeing Rachel Zoe between Kyle, Kathy, and potentially Boz is the start of a great Season 15 and a win for Bravo.
