How to Watch

Watch Next Gen NYC on Bravo Tuesdays at 9/8c and next day on Peacock.

Ariana Biermann and her boyfriend, Hudson McLeroy, have been residing in Manhattan for over a year now. Their quest to locate a place to settle down was not a straightforward one, which was shown on their show, Next Gen NYC.

After weeks of living out of a hotel room, disagreeing over space, needs, and costs, Ariana and Hudson were finally able to land on an apartment thanks to their real estate agent.

The sun-drenched SoHo apartment, which costs $10,000 per month in rent, boasts many features that appealed to the couple. It’s located in a downtown neighborhood full of restaurants, bars, and shopping. Meanwhile, the interior includes cream and beige decor, a marble kitchen island, and a jaw-dropping amount of storage. In short, it has everything the two were looking for.

“There’s ample amounts of space,” gasped Ariana during the tour.

While exploring the kitchen, she said in amazement, “If needed, I could even put my shoes in here!”

In the bedroom, she told Hudson and their realtor, “I’m very impressed with this closet.” (After adjusting to Manhattan’s sticker shock compared to Atlanta’s, closet space has been her no.1 concern.)

By the time Ariana gushed over the bathroom, which includes “a tub and a shower” much to her delight, the aspiring designer was sold.

“No shimmying. No nothing. Hands up, all around,” she said, demonstrating how she could spin around with her arms out and not touch any walls.

“It’s perfect,” swooned Ariana.

Then came the important question. “Are we doing this?” she asked Hudson.

“We’ll get an offer in ASAP,” he confirmed.

Once the deal was done, Hudson and Ariana were relieved, to say the least. “Thank you lord, we have finally found a place, “Hudson said in an episode interview. “I could not live in a hotel for another day.”

However, Ariana admitted, “We definitely exceeded the budget,” which she found to be “stressful.”

Kim seemed thrilled. “Thank Jesus!” she exclaimed. “I’m so proud of you, it makes me want to cry.”

More recently, Ariana and Hudson have since said goodbye to the spacious apartment. After their one-year lease ended, the duo moved on to their next home.

“We’re moving today!” Ariana said in a June 23 Instagram post.

“I can’t believe it’s already been a year since we moved into our first nyc apartment,” she wrote in the caption. “It’s so bittersweet saying goodbye to the place that started it all, beyond blessed for all the memories over the last year. Here’s to our new apartment and new journey in this amazing city.”
