Pickles was on board with his parents, Terry Pickles, 73, and Paula Bozinovic, 71, and uncle Peter Bayes, 72, according to ABC affiliate KGO.

In addition to Pickles’ family, four other victims died in the accident.

The other victims included Timothy O’Leary, 71, James Guck, 69, Theresa Giullari, 66, and Stephen Lindsay, 63.

Only two people survived the accident; however, their condition is unknown.

The crash marks the deadliest boating incident in California since 2019.

Josh set out on his “Chris-Craft” luxury powerboat on June 21 to celebrate his mother’s 71st birthday.

Around 5 pm that day, authorities received a report that the executive’s boat had capsized after a storm.

“This is a terrible heartbreaking tragedy that took the lives of Joshua Pickles, his father Terry, his mother Paula, his uncle Peter as well as friends and family,” Pickles’ rep told the outlet.

“The family has homes in the Bay Area as well as on Lake Tahoe.

“They love the lake. That adds to the tragedy that has occurred.”

Josh’s wife Jordan, who was at home with their 7-month-old during the incident, said her life is forever changed.

“We are devastated by this tragedy,” she said.

“No words can express the pain and anguish we feel knowing their lives were lost during what was meant to be a joyful time on the lake.

“Our hearts go out to those who tragically lost their lives and the two survivors of this unexpected and deadly storm on Lake Tahoe.”
