GEORGETOWN, Ill. (WCIA) — Paili Davis, Miss Georgetown Fair Queen, joined WCIA’s Mitchell Rife to talk about the upcoming fair.

The Georgetown Fair runs from July 5-12 at the Georgetown Fairgrounds in Vermilion County. The fair will provide events for all ages and the activities are handicap accessible with new roads expected to be paved. The event will include countless tractors, vegetables and animals.

The fair will also include a rodeo and the Queen Pageant next Monday night, where Davis will crown a new Miss Georgetown Fair Queen to be the new face of the fair. The Fair Queen has a fun opportunity to volunteer and get to know the surrounding communities throughout the county more.
