A fire broke out at the site of Lisa Vanderpump’s future hotel in Las Vegas, DailyMail.com can confirm.

A representative for Caesars Entertainment revealed a blaze in the parking lot of The Cromwell – the boutique lodging being turned into The Vanderpump Hotel – was ‘quickly extinguished’ on Friday.

No injuries were reported, and several guest rooms were ‘briefly evacuated’ out of ‘an abundance of caution’,  Senior Director of Public Relations Kala B. Peterson told DailyMail.com.

‘Early this morning, a fire broke out inside the parking garage at The Cromwell. It was quickly extinguished, and there were no reported injuries. Out of an abundance of caution, some guest rooms were briefly evacuated,’ Peterson said. 

‘At this time, all operations have returned to normal. We would like to thank the Clark County Fire Department for its swift response.’

Video of the incident was captured by X user @iSeeCyrus, with a clip showing smoke billowing out of the front of the hotel. The fire department could also be seen on the scene.

It is not known exactly how the fire was sparked.

Lisa announced plans to transform The Cromwell into The Vanderpump Hotel back in March, marking her latest establishment in Sin City but her first-ever hotel.

‘I am thrilled to once again be partnering with Caesars Entertainment, this time to venture into the hotel business,’ Lisa said in a press release at the time.

‘What an extraordinary opportunity to develop this iconic location into something unique, playful and upscale. Hospitality has always been our passion, and our mission is to create something sumptuous with a unique atmosphere. 

‘Our successful history has always been based on the individuality of the location. Through my design company, Vanderpump Alain, with my partner Nick Alain, we can’t wait to breathe new life into this property and make it something truly magical.’

The Cromwell’s transformation into The Vanderpump Hotel will begin early next year, with the hotel’s 188 guest rooms and suites set to undergo a redesign.

The hotel reception and front desk area will also receive an upgrade, and a brand new lounge will be constructed as well.

‘The design will feature signature Vanderpump Alain furnishings and lighting fixtures and, as always with Vanderpump projects, everything will be bespoke and created specifically for the location,’ the press release stated. ‘As a hotel, there will be an emphasis on sexy elegance and comfort, with gorgeous rooms and a fresh, new feel to the casino floor. Vanderpump will also hand-select the amenities for hotel guests.’

The Cromwell will remain in operation as becomes renovated into The Vanderpump Hotel, and the transformation is set to be finished by early 2026.

It will be the newest member of Lisa’s Las Vegas hospitality family, with the Bravolebrity also having other restaurants and bars at other legendary hotels. 

Lisa owns numerous eateries, perhaps most famously in West Hollywood, with the staff of her restaurants starring in their very own reality show, Vanderpump Rules.

For 11 seasons, the show followed the waiters and bartenders working at her various restaurants, with Ariana Madix, Tom Sandoval, James Kennedy, Tom Schwartz, Katie Maloney, Kristen Doute, Stassi Schroeder, Jax Taylor, Brittany Cartwright, Scheana Shay, and Lala Kent allowing cameras to follow their lives. 

Late last year in November, it was announced that the show would be getting an entirely new cast for it’s upcoming 12th season – with only Lisa Vanderpump returning.
