Denise Richards‘ husband, Aaron Phypers, has filed for divorce after six years of marriage.

After being hit with a $228,000 lawsuit and claims of fraud against his wellness center, Aaron, 52, filed documents to end his marriage to the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum on Monday at the Stanley Mosk Courthouse in Los Angeles.

In court documents obtained by Us Weekly, it was noted that Aaron cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason behind their breakup, listed a July 4 separation date, and declared that he and Denise had no minor children. 

Then, after listing Denise’s youngest child, Eloise, 14, as his stepdaughter, Aaron, who married Denise in 2018, requested spousal support, claiming she pulls in a $250,000 monthly salary while he has had no income for the past year after closing his business.

An additional report from TMZ confirmed that Denise’s salary comes from her OnlyFans account, television shows, brand deals, and appearances. The report also revealed that she and Aaron were spending around $105,000 each month, including $30,000 on dining out and entertainment, $20,000 on clothing, $18,000 on rent, $10,000 on groceries, and another $8,000 for their utilities.

Also in Aaron’s court documents, he requested that the court award him property he claims is his, including his power tools, a motorcycle, and a Ford Shelby GT500.

On the day of their separation, Denise was active on Instagram, where she shared a racy, Fourth of July-themed photo of herself with her fans and followers.

“Red, white, and a little bit ooh la la,” she teased.

Denise was previously married to Charlie Sheen, 59, the father of her oldest daughters, Sami Sheen, 21, and Lola Sheen, 20, and Aaron was previously married to Nicollette Sheridan, 61.
