Dwight Howard’s wife, Amber Rose, is calling it quits on their six-month marriage.

According to court documents obtained by Page Six, the rapper, who goes by the stage name Amy Luciani, filed for divorce from the former Los Angeles Lakers star on July 1.

In the docs, Rose wrote that her and Howard’s “marriage is irretrievably broken” and that “there are no prospects for reconciliation.”

The “Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta” alum also requested alimony and that all of their marital assets and property be “equitably” divided.

In a statement to the Shade Room, Rose confirmed the news of their split but shared that she was uncertain how her filing became public.

“Although it is true, I am not sure how it got out to the public,” she told the gossip site.

“Still wrapping my head around a lot. Although I know it won’t happen, I hope the public can give us grace and privacy right now,” Rose added.

Page Six has reached out to Rose and a rep for Howard for comment but did not immediately hear back.

Howard, 39, and Rose, 35, went public with their romance last December after they had been spotted together on multiple occasions.

That same month, the former NBA star and the “Bag Lady” emcee announced their engagement on social media.

At the time, Rose shared a clip of Howard holding her left hand, on which she rocked a massive diamond engagement ring.

“I was enjoying you so much out of the public eye but here we are,” she captioned the now-deleted post.

“Thank you for bringing me back to the word. Anything I say or fuss about, first thing you say is ‘Did you pray about it?’ Then I realized I hadn’t being praying much lately at all.”

Rose added that she was “thankful, happy and ready for everything that’s coming our way.”

“I prayed reallllll deep on a Thursday not knowing 2 days later God would send me a Bible totin, tattood giant with the same heart as me. Thank you,” she wrote.

The “Dancing With the Stars” alum responded in the comments section of the post, writing an infinity emoji, a red heart emoji and a lock and key emoji.

Rose and Howard tied the knot in January.

Howard was reportedly previously married to former WNBA star Te’a Cooper from 2020 to 2021.

The NBA champ is a dad to five children — sons, Braylon, 17, David, 11, and Dwight, 12; and daughters, Layla, 15, and Jayde, 14 — whom he shares with five different women.

In July 2023, a man named Stephen Harper filed a bombshell civil lawsuit against Howard, alleging the athlete committed sexual assault and battery against him during a July 2021 meeting at Howard’s Georgia residence.

Howard’s lawyer denied the claims and said his client and Harper had “a private consensual encounter” that “was made public for profit.”

In 2024, the lawsuit was dismissed.
