28-year-old Justin Glover leaves behind a devoted wife and two young daughters, and is remembered as a man whose faith and love touched those around him.

JACKSONVILLE, Fla. — About one week after a deadly crash on the Buckman Bridge, the wife of 28-year-old Justin Glover is speaking out, hoping the community remembers her husband for the faith and love that defined his life.

Hannah Glover talked with First Coast News as she described the man she lost and the legacy he leaves behind.

Justin, she said, was a smart and talented man who “lit up the room when he walked in.”

Above all, Hannah says his deep love for Jesus is the legacy she wants the world to remember most.

The couple’s story began at Murray Hill Theater in Jacksonville, where they worked together and officially met.

She first noticed Justin years earlier at an award banquet with their mothers.

“We didn’t actually meet,” she said. “I just saw him, and he was awe-stricken by me. I thought it was funny.”

After college, the two reconnected. A citywide prom at the theater became their first date, and soon after, Justin proposed.

Their love grew into a family with two daughters, now 8 and 4.

“They’re super beautiful, gorgeous girls, and they’re super smart,” Hannah said.

Now, Hannah sees Justin every day in their daughters.

“I know they miss their dad,” she said.

Their world changed forever when Justin died, just two days before their ninth anniversary.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Justin was driving south on Interstate 295 around 6 a.m. June 30 when he crashed into a disabled box truck in the left emergency lane of the Buckman Bridge.

“Sometimes I just feel him around me, like I can feel him right now, even just getting me through everything,” Hannah said.

She credits her faith for holding her together.

“This is Jesus, all God,” she said.

Hannah hopes Justin is remembered for his faith and his love.

“He would want people to know that, He will be there for you, Jesus will be there for you,” she said.

The Florida Highway Patrol said the investigation into the crash is ongoing and the cause has not yet been determined.

Friends and neighbors are rallying around the Glover family.

A Meal Train and GoFundMe have been set up to help support Hannah and her daughters as they navigate life after loss. Click here for more information.
