Erika Jayne has a new man amid her ongoing divorce from Tom Girardi.

The “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star was snapped holding hands with her apparent new beau on Monday in Los Angeles.

The man has been identified as John “Shrek” McPhee, a retired US Army Special Operations Sergeant Major. He’s also the “Hills” alum Heidi Montag’s bodyguard.

Jayne, 54, was dressed down in jeans, a white T-shirt and a pink baseball hat for their outing. McPhee was also casually dressed in cargo shorts, Crocs and a T-shirt that read “Slaughter Things.”

Jayne’s reps did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

McPhee, 54, served in Iraq and Afghanistan and is known as the “Sheriff of Baghdad.”

He appeared on “The Megyn Kelly Show” in May and shared that he’s been divorced “several times” and has two adult children. At the time, the veteran said his marriages failed because of his military career.

“So I always say this, being married was like being in prison. You could call home [but] you ain’t going there anytime soon,” he said. “That’s just how it works. That’s how marriage works in the army.”

“And that’s tough on everybody,” he continued. “Only guys that had perfect relationships, their marriages survived the war. And I would say the bulk of guys end up divorced.”

Meanwhile, Jayne’s delayed divorce from Girardi is at risk of being thrown out, Us Weekly reported Tuesday. A hearing took place on June 26 in Los Angeles Superior Court but no representative for Girardi showed up, according to the outlet.

The next hearing is scheduled for Aug. 1, and both parties will have to explain why no judgment has been entered.

Jayne filed for divorce from Girardi, a former attorney, in November 2020 after 21 years of marriage. They share no children together.

Girardi was sentenced to seven years and three months in prison for fraud on June 3, which also happened to be his 86th birthday.

He will also have to pay $2.3 million in restitution to his victims and a $35,000 fine, according to NBC News.

He was ordered to surrender to begin his prison sentence on July 17.
