90 Day Fiancé alum Larissa Dos Santos Lima set the record straight on her complete plastic surgery history — including having knee liposuction and three Brazilian Butt Lifts (BBLs) — following years of speculation from viewers.

“[I’ve had] lipo on my knees, thighs, tummy tuck, BBL three times,” Dos Santos Lima, 38, confirmed on the Wednesday, July 10, season premiere of E!’s Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind. “I removed [the BBL] and got a butt lift. I got two boob jobs, fat removal, lipo in my chin. And I think that’s it.”

Dos Santos Lima then remembered: “Oh, [I got a] nose job! I also got a six-pack, vaser liposuction.”

The TLC reality star confided in Plastic Surgery Rewind host Michelle Visage that each of her breast implants has 1500ccs of filler, which make it difficult for her to live an active lifestyle.

“I really would like to go to a pool party with [my] family and don’t be the person [where people wonder], ‘Oh, what’s she doing here?’” she confessed.

Dos Santos Lima added that she takes offense to people assuming she’s “a stripper” simply due to her large implants. Later in the episode, Dos Santos Lima delved into her reasons for getting so many procedures, explaining that she dreamt of looking like Kim Kardashian, Pamela Anderson and Anna Nicole Smith to escape childhood bullying.

“Growing up, I was bullied and this really made me feel very sad. Kids are very cruel sometimes. … People really love beautiful people,” she wistfully pointed out.

The former 90 Day Fiancé star said she eventually started to look at cosmetic surgery as a way to extend her time in the limelight, and thus provide for her family. (She originally appeared in the TLC docuseries’ sixth season, in which she moved to the U.S. from Brazil for an ill-fated marriage to Colt Johnson. They divorced in 2019.)

“I was doing 90 Day [when] I got my first surgery,” she remembered. “So, after I got my boobs and my nose, I think, ‘Oh it’s amazing.’ Like I won in the lottery. I decided to increase my implants. I make money on OnlyFans and I thought, ‘Well, bigger boobs is gonna make more money. I thought, ‘What could go wrong?’”

Now, Dos Santos Lima is hoping to tone down her appearance with help from Botched Presents: Plastic Surgery Rewind in order to live a quieter life.

“I just would like to change completely my lifestyle, go back to running, go to a marathon,” she said. “These boobs and this six-pack do not belong.”

Fellow Plastic Surgery Rewind guest Kim Zolciak empathized with Dos Santos Lima — albeit in a less-than-sensitive way, perhaps.

“I can totally understand what she’s saying because when you do see her, all you see are her boobs,” Zolciak said in a confessional interview. “You’re not willing to get to know her, understand her. So, I think she just needs to tone it down a little.”

Shortly after Dos Santos Lima’s season of 90 Day Fiancé aired, she revealed via social media that viewers were constantly harassing her.

“Today has been one of the worst days of virtual bullying for me,” she wrote via Instagram in February 2021. “This [does] not make me afraid, I will still [be] posting my pictures, talking about my procedures and earning my money the way I choose [to] live my life and the way I choose [to] change or not my body.”

Dos Santos Lima continued, “Never have I received so much hatred, the majority from women. Thank God and God bless America, as the people I have met personally have been welcoming and wonderful.”

Dos Santos Lima encouraged 90 Day Fiancé viewers to think twice about harassing the cast because it’s impossible to know what could push a person too far.

“One in the public eye has to grow a thick skin, but the constant [bullying] against the cast members will push someone to the brink one day that he or she can no longer take it,” she warned at the time.
