50 Cent has made no secret of his stance on Sean “Diddy” Combs throughout the latter’s legal troubles. In December 2024, he predicted that Combs was “cooked.” The rapper said the allegations alone had damaged Combs’ public standing, regardless of the trial. As the high-profile trial unfolded in May and June 2025, 50’s commentary intensified. He leveraged social media and AI-generated memes to ridicule Combs at every turn. Now, the rapper has strong words about Combs’ alleged rehabilitation programs behind bars.

Sean “Diddy” Combs has reportedly taken significant steps toward rehabilitation while incarcerated at Brooklyn’s Metropolitan Detention Center ahead of his October 3 sentencing. TMZ reported that he’s enrolled in the STOP Program, which focuses on preventing sexual assault and domestic violence, alongside ongoing therapy. In addition, Combs is participating in a drug-abuse treatment led by Dr. Harry K. Wexler, a program he allegedly began before his September 2024 arrest.

50 Cent has trolled Combs throughout Combs’ arrest and trial. And he continues to mock the mogul through his alleged treatment behind bars. 50 posted to his Instagram that he doesn’t believe Combs will experience lasting change from the rehab programs.

“My manz did that program came home got high and caught another DV it don’t work,” 50 Cent wrote on Instagram, according to Complex.

The timing of Combs’ rehab has critics skeptical. Many view the move as a strategic effort to influence judicial perception at sentencing. Whether Combs’ participation will meaningfully affect his sentence remains to be seen.
