Lenny Hochstein has a new girlfriend.

Just over a month after his former fiancée, Katharina Nahlik, 29, confirmed she had called off their engagement, the 59-year-old plastic surgeon, who was previously featured alongside ex-wife Lisa Hochstein, 42, on Real Housewives of Miami, has confirmed he is now dating 25-year-old Russian model Alena Kovalenko.

“It’s very new and fresh,” Lenny told Us Weekly on July 15.

According to Lenny, he met Alena last month through a mutual friend. 

“We agreed to meet in Miami and hit it off,” he shared. “It’s still too early to make any decisions [about our future]. [But] we have a mutual attraction to each other, enjoy spending time together and doing the things that normal couples do.”

Despite being just weeks into knowing Alena, who lives in Bali, Lenny has moved her into his $52 million Star Island home in Florida — and introduced her to his two children, son Logan, 10, and daughter Elle, 5.

“The kids have met her, and they absolutely love her,” he revealed.

“I’ll see where this leads and open to seeing where this path may take me,” he added.

In a second interview, Lenny revealed to Page Six that he’s smitten with Alena, describing her as an “incredibly beautiful, sweet and great person,” and noting that they’re “both Russian,” so they “have that in common.”

On Instagram in recent weeks, Lenny and Alena have gotten flirty with one another in comments, sharing plenty of heart emojis back and forth.

Alena even reacted to a shirtless photo Lenny shared of himself earlier this month.

Following Lenny’s split from Lisa in May 2022, he and Katharina got engaged in July 2023. However, after a split and brief reconciliation, the couple called it quits for good earlier this year.
