Garcelle Beauvais is taking on the role of a “momager” with the guidance of Tyson Beckford. The former Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star teamed up with the Kings Court bachelor to teach her son, Jaid Nilon, the ropes of modeling.

On July 18, Garcelle posted a picture on Instagram that featured her, Tyson, and her teenage son. “Models!!!” she commented in the caption. “Thanks, Tyson, for providing Jaid with valuable advice.”

Garcelle also uploaded two Instagram Stories to celebrate the occasion, including a selfie of the group with a heartfelt note to Tyson. “Thanks for giving Jaid such great modeling tips,” she noted on the image. She included another story showing her and the aspiring model on a plane, highlighting herself as a “momager” and her son as a “model.”

Born a minute after his twin brother, Jax Nilon, on Oct. 18 2007, Jaid has become a modeling powerhouse. At only 17 years old, the stylish teenager has modeled in campaigns for popular clothing brands like Nike and Urban Planet. Jaid made his runway debut in July 2024, modeling for Sutton Stracke’s clothing brand, The Sutton Concept.

His appearance in the show was later featured on RHOBH. “He was so great! And so chill ALL day!!” Sutton shared in the comments of Garcelle’s Instagram post about the major modeling moment.

Garcelle Beauvais’ shares more updates on her sons

On May 11, Garcelle shared an Instagram post featuring photos from her Mother’s Day celebration. She celebrated the special day  with her three sons — Oliver Saunders, whom she had with ex, Daniel Saunders, and her twins Jaid and Jax, whom she had with ex, Mike Nilon. 

“Boys, thank you for a beautiful day filled with love, flowers, [and] laughter!” she wrote in the caption. “The best of all quality time! Being your mom is the best job ever.”

Garcelle Beauvais opens up about leaving RHOBH

Garcelle, who appeared on RHOBH for five seasons, confirmed her exit from the show on Instagram in March. In her statement, she said one of the reasons she parted ways with the franchise was to be more present for her twins’ senior year of high school and help Jaid with his modeling career.

“[Jax and Jaid’s] last year of high school is next year and I want to be a part of that,” she said in her statement, adding that Jaid has been doing more modeling. “And Jaid is starting a new career and I want to be a part of that too.”
