Jennifer Pedranti is setting the record straight regarding the interaction she had with Gretchen Rossi after joining The Real Housewives of Orange County cast for season 17 in 2023.

After Gretchen, 46, was accused of reaching out to her in an effort to sabotage Tamra Judge, 57, on Thursday’s episode, Jennifer, 48, leaked a couple of DMs sent between her and Gretchen as Gretchen called out Tamra for “spinning lies” and Tamra shared a screenshot of her own.

“I would LOVE to talk to you sometime! Xo,” Jennifer had written to Gretchen on August 15, 2023, amid season 17.

“Hi love!” Gretchen replied on the same day. “Reach out anytime.”

In the caption of her Instagram Story, Jennifer added more clarity to the situation, writing, “I’m not sure why this stuff matters. I reached out to [Gretchen Rossi]. I don’t feel right with her being made to look like she sought me out. She did not.”

In response, Gretchen shared the screenshot on her own Story, noting that “Tamra [was] always spinning lies.”

“Love you Jen! We know how it went down,” she added.

Then, on her own Instagram account, Tamra shared a snippet from Thursday’s RHOC in which Gretchen told cameras, “Every new housewife always reaches out to me to ask me how to deal with Tamra.”

“Didn’t think the lies would start this early in the season… but here we are!” Tamra declared in her caption as she added a clip of Sutton Stracke, 53, saying, “Name ‘em. Name ‘em,” and another of Kandi Burruss, 49, declaring, “The lies! The lies! The lies!”

Tamra also featured a comment Gretchen left on one of Jennifer’s posts, seemingly disproving Jennifer’s suggestion that she reached out first. 

“I know this feeling all too well! I’m sorry you were blindsided,” Gretchen had written. “I never really understood why certain cast members think other [people’s] relationships are any of their business or that they get to have any say in them. It’s weird and pathetic. Stay strong girl.”

“You definitely have walked in these shoes. It’s not easy, as you know!! Thank you for reaching out. Let’s connect!! Xo,” Jennifer replied.

But the screenshot Tamra shared of Gretchen and Jennifer’s comments was dated September 21, 2023, weeks after Jennifer contacted her by DM.

After Tamra’s post was shared, a couple of former housewives weighed in.

“I can confirm this is untrue,” wrote Braunwyn Windham-Burke, 47.

“Glad you’re rising above … love you,” added Alexis Bellino, 48.

Then, a RHOC viewer asked, “So Gretchen responded to one of Jen’s posts and that’s the gotcha moment? I don’t think so..”

“It shows that Gretchen reached out to Jenn about me. Not the other way around,” Tamra replied.
