Next week pattern change
Looking ahead, rain chances ramp up next week as tropical moisture increases and a stalled front moves in from the north.
Expect daily storm chances of 50–70% from Tuesday through Friday, mainly in the afternoons and evenings.
Some storms may bring gusty winds, frequent lightning, and localized flooding.
Despite the added rain, the heat sticks around, with “feels-like” temps still above 100 degrees most days. Additional heat advisories may be needed.
