Denise Richards‘ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, filed a police report against her on Sunday.

After publicly accusing the 54-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills alum of cheating on him and claiming she’d been suffering from a Vicodin addiction for over a decade, Aaron, 52, was spotted at a Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department station in Calabasas, California, where he made claims against her in regard to an incident that took place between them on July 4.

On July 21, TMZ confirmed the filing, via law enforcement sources, stating that Aaron had spoken to a cop and accused Denise of vandalism, theft, and assault, alleging that she smashed his phone during an argument. 

As RHOBH fans may have heard, Aaron previously claimed to have caught Denise cheating on him in messages sent between her and another man on her laptop. But after taking screenshots of the messages and saving them to his phone, Aaron said Denise stole his phone and destroyed it, likely in an effort to rid him of any evidence he may have had against her.

Aaron also stated that after questioning Denise about the whereabouts of his phone, before ultimately discovering it in the trash, she hit and scratched him.

As Aaron took legal action against Denise, she fired back, via her attorney, alleging that he had “continued to harass” her, even after she filed a temporary restraining order against him, accusing him of shocking abuse.

“In addition to the repeated abuse perpetrated by Mr. Phypers against Ms. Richards throughout the parties’ marriage, Mr. Phypers has continued to harass Ms. Richards since being served with the Temporary Restraining Order by, among other things, disseminating private information from Ms. Richards’ cell phone and laptop, which he stole,” Denise’s attorney, Brett Berman, said in a statement to Us Weekly on July 21. “These actions continue to disturb Ms. Richards’ peace. We have warned Mr. Phypers in writing not to disseminate any information from Ms. Richards’ stolen cell phone and laptop but he continues to do so. Ms. Richards will not be responding to Mr. Phypers’ false allegations in a public forum and will be addressing Mr. Phypers’ abuse in Court.”

Amid the drama, Denise stepped out without her wedding ring in Los Angeles with her oldest daughter, Sami Sheen, 21, over the weekend, as seen in photos shared by the Daily Mail.
