Find out what a body language expert noticed in Sia and Harry Jowsey’s viral hand-holding pics.
Singer Sia and reality TV personality Harry Jowsey got people talking after photos were published of them holding hands as they left a restaurant together in Los Angeles.
Their public outing comes four months after Sia filed for divorce from Daniel Bernard. While her PDA with Jowsey has sparked romance rumors, a source said they’re just friends. Others believe their hand-holding could even be an act to drum up PR for Jowsey’s upcoming dating show Let’s Marry Harry, in which he’s looking to meet a potential wife.
But a body language expert is convinced there is something going on between them and is sharing why these two appear to be more than just “friends.”
Expert says Sia and Jowsey proved they’re not just in the ‘friendzone’ during outing together
Inbaal Honigman is a psychic astrologer and body language expert. She’s appeared in media for more than two decades and has given her predictions for Big Brother’s Little Brother, Elle Magazine, and talkSPORT radio, to name a few.
Honigman analyzed the photos of Sia and Jowsey and explained why it looks to her like they are more than just friends.
Speaking on behalf of Spin Genie, Honigman told Showbiz Cheat Sheet: “Two pals would not normally hold hands like this. Sia and Harry’s hand-holding is very couple-y. They walk hand in hand, his hand fully covering hers, in a comforting manner. His hand encircles hers to make her feel safe and loved. This warm and soothing hand-holding suggests that the pair have romantic feelings towards one another. If they’re not dating, they soon will be. There are certainly feelings there which go much beyond the friendzone.”
The expert added: “Not in every photo do they walk in-step, but they are seen walking in-step enough to demonstrate that they’re becoming closer and more devoted to one another. Couples who have been together for a long time tend to walk in step. His left foot would rise and drop at the same time as hers, his right foot would go up then down at the same pace as hers. Sia and Harry are caught walking this way some of the time, not all of the time. We are watching them fall in love in real time.
Sia appears more into Jowsey than he is into her at the moment
According to Honigman, “Sia seems to be more into Harry than he is into her. Even when accounting for their height difference, Sia’s upwards gaze towards Harry’s face is adoring and admiring. She looks upwards at him, in a submissive way, while he appears to look into the distance, rather than return her eye contact. He is less engaged in their interaction than she is. He’s not checked out, however.
“Two body language signs show that Harry is also invested in the relationship. First, we can see that he leans towards Sia, which is a mark of attraction. His body naturally leans in her direction to signify his interest. Secondly, his hand wraps around hers entirely, which shows him to be the more dominant partner. Pulling her ahead by the hand, Harry is the leader.”
