Factors contributing to the appeal of the development include its location and design.

Marketing agent Adrian Parsons from Royale Gold Coast said the building’s orientation was a standout feature of its design.

“It was designed so every apartment had a perfect northerly aspect,” he said.

The penthouse has four bedrooms, four parking spaces and 360 degree views.
