Real Housewives of Potomac‘s Katie Rost revealed she married the “love of [her] life” earlier this month. The star said she had a “manic episode” before the wedding, and her now-husband encouraged her to “get help.”

Years after she exited the show, Katie told fans that she was working for “minimum wage” at an organic market in Maryland. Last year, she appeared in a cozy photo with the ex-husband of her former costar Monique Samuels.

“I got married on July 10th to the love of my life,” wrote Katie in a July 26 post on X. “Prior to our marriage I had a slight manic episode, it’s been handled and he encouraged me to get help and also stay off social media.”

“So I committed to that but now I’m back!” she added, sharing a photo of herself with her new husband. “HEALTHY, HAPPY, MARRIED to a good man.”

In another post, she added, “Thanks for all the sweet messages and for forgiveness for the dark places I went in my manic period. I’d like to thank my LORD and SAVIOR, who never lets us down. Thanks to my husband for protecting me … Signing off for a while xoxo, Kathryn Renee Rost HERMANSEN.”

Back in 2023, Katie revealed that she was working for “minimum wage.”

“Jesus Christ, I just started working, like a real job,” said Katie at the time. “I just got off an 8-hour shift working minimum wage.”

Fans then praised her honesty.

“Gotta pay the bills. Nothing wrong with that,” said one user in the comments.

“We are rooting for you Katie! This is awesome. This is what healing looks like! And you make it look GREAT! We are SO proud of you!” said another.

In April of 2022, Katie asked Andy Cohen to let her return to RHOP – three years after speaking negatively about him on social media.

“I do want a job. I swear I will totally behave,” she wrote in the 2022 Instagram post. “I’m also sorry for my temper tantrums. I feel no thirst. I just want to work.”

According to reports, the new season of Real Housewives of Potomac was recently filming.
