Jo De La Rosa is coming back to The Real Housewives of Orange County!
In the preview for RHOC Season 19, Episode 4 (set to air on July 31), an alum of RHOC is spotted making a return during Heather Dubrow’s birthday celebration, attending as Tamra Judge’s guest. This, however, poses a minor dilemma for RHOC Season 19 friend Gretchen Rossi, as her longtime partner, Slade Smiley, was once engaged to Jo during RHOC Season 1.
“Tamra arriving with Slade’s ex really doesn’t suggest she wants to mend fences with me,” Gretchen shared in a confessional, as revealed in the video. “Out of all the people Tamra could have brought, it’s evident she’s trying to provoke.”
“That’s so her, to bring Jo,” Gretchen then remarked to Slade during the party.

Jo De La Rosa gets emotional over RHOC Season 19 appearance
Jo recently took to her Instagram Story, where she posted a video of her teasing her appearance on RHOC Season 19, Episode 4.
“Many of you were taken aback by my brief reappearance next week, and your reactions are bringing me to tears. You’ve been expressing hopes for my return and shared so many kind words,” she conveyed.
“I’m just happy to have made a little pop up and have had Tamra invite me to a party, cause it’s always fun filming, and yeah, it’s so much fun, and especially y’all who’ve been watching since Season 1, you know who you are,” she continued. “So, watch next week because um, some stuff goes down. And then come back, and let me know what you think because it gets wild.”
She then took to the caption of the video, where she thanked her Instagram followers for their well wishes. “I feel so loved reading comments and saying how excited you are to see me on an episode of Housewives next week,” she added.

See Jo De La Rosa’s new home with her husband, Taran Gray
When she isn’t making surprise appearances on RHOC, Jo is so active on Instagram, where she shares moments from her life with her husband, Taran Gray. In June, Jo took to Instagram where she revealed that she and Taran were moving into a new place.
Several days later, she returned to Instagram where she gave a tour of the new apartment, or “little gem,” located in Hollywood. “I’m so thankful for it,” Jo explained in the video.
“Now on to finishing unpacking and getting settled!” she wrote in the caption of the post. “Thank you for continuing to follow our little marriage journey.”
Jo De La Rosa reveals why life has been “insanity” lately
Jo also took to Instagram in June, where she filmed a “get ready with me” video sharing some major updates on her life. She revealed that their cat had bladder stones, Taran had got into a car accident, and then he got laid off from his job, causing them to “downsize” into a new place.
“Everything just hit in one month and I literally had an anxiety attack, which, by the way, I have not had in years, because it was too much all in one month. Like, it was just so much,” she explained.
Does Jo De La Rosa have any children?
No, Jo does not currently have children. But, in a December 2024 Instagram post, Jo revealed that she and Taran were taking steps to welcome children into their future. “I’m 44 and trying to get pregnant,” she said in the video.
Who is Jo De La Rosa’s husband, Taran Gray?
Taran, according to his Instagram bio, is a composer, musician, and is “married to chaos,” also known as Jo. Taran and Jo got engaged in 2021 after meeting in 2020, but “dated over a screen” for three months during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Jo and Taran tied the knot in May 2022 in a private ceremony in Los Angeles. RHOC alums Jeana Keough and Alexis Bellino were in attendance for the big day. Jo took to her Instagram account this May to celebrate their third wedding anniversary, where she posted a video from their nuptials.

Jo De La Rosa Reflects on RHOC Season 1
Jo, who was a cast member on RHOC Seasons 1 and 2, took to Instagram in March, where she reflected on the premiere of RHOC Season 1. “I had just graduated college and was working my first career job at a mortgage company, and suddenly, I found myself on a reality show that would shape the rest of my life,” she wrote in the caption of the post.
“Being part of the very first season holds so many great memories and it felt like I was growing up in front of everyone’s TV screens with some not so great decisions — also, pink boas with zebra hats should NEVER be worn in public — IKYK,” she added.
Tamra Judge reveals where she stands with Jo De La Rosa today
In case Tamra and Jo’s appearance at Heather’s birthday party wasn’t enough evidence, they are still close to this day. Tamra took to her Instagram Story earlier this month, where she posted a selfie of her and Jo, standing in a parking lot, smiling for the camera.
“Never a dull moment with [Jo De La Rosa],” she wrote over the sweet photo.
