A FUGITIVE accused of killing four members of the same family reportedly made chilling threats during a call to his dad after being convicted of armed robbery.

Austin Drummond was armed after storming a Circle K gas station in Tennessee in July 2013, ordering a clerk to hand over money.

He was released from prison in September 2024 – just 10 months before being named as a murder suspect.

Drummond is wanted over the deaths of Adrianna Williams and James Wilson, Cortney Rose, and Braydon Williams.

Their bodies were found in a Tennessee woodland hours after a baby was discovered abandoned on a driveway.

Williams and Wilson are the parents of the baby, while Rose was the baby’s grandma, and teenager Braydon was its uncle.

On July 23, 2020, Drummond had a parole hearing and Jody S Pickens of the 26th Judicial District explained in a letter why he shouldn’t be released.

Pickens claimed Drummond is a “dangerous felony offender.”

Drummond was allegedly a member of the Vice Lords – a notorious street and prison gang in Chicago.

In a call with his dad, he allegedly threatened jurors and the armed robbery victim.

“They are going to regret it,” he allegedly told his dad.

Drummond also told his dad he would be released from prison soon.

“This type of behavior clearly demonstrates that Drummond has no desire for rehabilitation and is not capable of living among society,” the note said.

Court documents, seen by The U.S. Sun, claimed that Drummond showed signs of aggressive behavior when demanding money from the clerk inside the Jackson Circle K store.

“I’m not f**king playing with you,” he allegedly told the clerk.

The clerk said she feared for her life and claimed he took $44 from the cash register.

Drummond appeared to be disappointed there was only $44 in the register.

“Man, y’all tripping,” he allegedly warned.

While behind bars, he shared pictures of his cushy lifestyle.

Drummond was in possession of a cell phone and gaming console, and had a small television in his room.

He shared pictures of his meals – one of which being a takeaway pizza – and shared selfies from inside the prison.

“Chilling 10 more months,” a post from June 2023 said.

When he was released from prison, he shared photos of a cake that had his ages 16 to 28 iced onto it.

The bodies were found on July 29 in Tiptonville – around 40 miles from where the baby, seven months, was discovered.

When Drummond was named a suspect, investigators also released details of a 2016 Audi they were also looking for.

The Audi was found in a Jackson neighborhood on August 1, but he wasn’t in the vehicle.

Locals described how law enforcement activity ramped up in the area.

“It was like, maybe 40 to 50 cops, two helicopters flying around real low, searching the woods, had the neighborhood blocked off,” one local told the CBS affiliate WREG-TV.

Quadruple murders timeline

Tuesday, July 29: A 7-month-old baby girl was found abandoned in a car seat in the front yard of a residence in Tigrett, Dyer County, Tennessee, at around 3 pm.

Hours later: Four individuals were found dead in Lake County approximately 40 miles from where the baby was located.

Wednesday, July 30: Investigators identify the victims as:

  • Matthew Wilson, 21, (the baby’s father)
  • Adrianna Williams, 20 (the baby’s mother)
  • Cortney Rose, 38, (the baby’s grandmother)
  • Braydon Williams, 15, (the baby’s maternal uncle)

Thursday, July 31: The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation name Austin Drummond, 28, as a suspect in the quadruple homicide.

Friday, August 1: Cops locate Drummond’s damaged Audi A3 abandoned on a road in Jackson. Tanaka Brown has been arrested and is accused of being an accessory to first degree murder after the fact and tampering with evidence.

Saturday, August 2: Agents arrest second man Giovonte Thomas for accessory to first degree murder after the fact. They also locate a Ford pick up truck believed to be connected to Drummond in Dyer County.

Cops then swarmed around a property, telling anyone inside to come out.

“Helicopters were lowered, it was just crazy,” they said.

The next day investigators found a 1988 Ford pickup truck in Dyer County.

But, cops have not yet revealed how the truck has been linked to Drummond.

Investigators are also probing other vehicles, including a Nissan Rogue, black Dodge Charger, and a white Chevy Traverse.

Two people have since been arrested on allegations that they helped Drummond.

Tanaka Brown and Giovante Thomas, both 29, has been charged with being an accessory after the fact to first-degree murder.

Thomas is set to be transferred to the Lake County jail after being charged.

He was already being housed in the Madison County jail on an unrelated failure to appear charge.

Meanwhile, Brown has been booked into the Lake County jail.

Cops are reiterating that Drummond should be considered armed and dangerous and said it appears the attack was targeted.

Investigators said his last sighting was on Wednesday as he still remains at large.

Details surrounding the deaths of the victims are yet to be released.
