The US Embassy has issued a warning to immigrant students about circumstances that could lead to visa revocation.

In a recent post on X (formerly Twitter), the US Embassy stated that students who withdraw from their academic programs without authorization risk having their visas canceled

According to the tweet, unauthorized withdrawal from academic programs might result in jeopardizing future travel prospects.

“If you drop out, skip classes, or leave your program of study without informing your school, your student visa may be revoked, and you may lose eligibility for future U.S. visas”, The tweet stated.

Furthermore, the US Embassy urged students to adhere to the terms of their visa and maintain their student status to avoid any issues.
