A look inside Sweeney’s luxurious Florida Keys property

In 2024, Sweeney dropped a cool $13 million on a beautiful retreat in Summerland Key, Florida.

The place is so spacious as it boasts six bedrooms and eight bathrooms with 7,720 square feet of living space under 19-foot-high ceilings. Sweeney can enjoy palm trees and picturesque water views from just about every window, and a breezeway in the middle of the abode leads to a luxurious guesthouse.

The chef’s kitchen in the main residence features top-of-the-line appliances and sits adjacent to a dark walnut bar, breakfast nook, and a formal dining area. Some of the amenities include a 520-bottle wine room, an elevator, a home gym, and a show-stopping 330-gallon aquarium. And that’s just the inside.

Outside, the wow-factor is the resort-style, saltwater swimming pool, which can be heated or cooled, along with a hot tub and a swim-up bar. There’s also access to a boat ramp, two boat lifts, and a 100-foot seawall around the property.

Other properties Sweeney has purchased

But that estate isn’t the only property Sweeney owns.

In 2021, the White Lotus actor purchased her very first house–a Tudor home in Los Angeles– for $3 million. It has more than 3,000 square feet of living space with five bedrooms and four bathrooms. The property has exposed brick details under wood-beamed ceilings, and a large backyard with a covered brick patio. 

She then bought a modest house that her great-grandmother once owned, where her grandmother and mother were born. And in 2023, Sweeney dropped $9.3 million on a fixer-upper mansion in Bel-Air. The 1930s estate is 4,477 square feet and sits on 1.25 acres of land. It includes five bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a separate guesthouse. The property was previously owned by the son of famed Hollywood screenwriter Delmer Daves.
