Machine Gun Kelly(MGK) made sure this year’s MGK Day in Cleveland was unforgettable for his daughter, Casie.

On Sunday, August 10, the 35-year-old surprised his 16-year-old with her dream car: a black Acura TLX. The gift came just weeks after her milestone birthday in July.

In a viral video from the big reveal, Casie’s jaw dropped as the car rolled up with a giant red bow. She ran excitedly when she saw the new ride and even kissed it.

MGK, whose real name is Colson Baker, reminded her of one important rule after she gave him a big hug and said “Thank you”.

“What’s the No. 1 rule?” he asked

Without missing a beat, Casie replied, “Don’t drive like your dad.”

MGK nodded and said, “Exactly — don’t drive like me.”

The surprise capped a busy MGK Day that saw the star headline the Mall C lawn, performing tracks from his new album Lost Americana, released August 8. The project could become his third consecutive Billboard 200 No. 1.

In a recent interview with People.com, Machine Gun Kelly shared that his daughter is “not only one of my biggest supporters but a big advisor for me.”

He added, “She’s actually saved me from making some career mistakes. She’s been invested in this since she was a kid, because she grew up in it, so there’s a passion that she has. It’s a really good aid.”

The father-daughter duo also hit the 2025 Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Awards in June. On the red carpet, Casie described her dad as “more like a hype man” and her “cheerleader”.

“[He] definitely gives a lot of advice. He’s more like a hype man, though,” she said, adding that MGK encourages her to be “myself.”

MGK shares Casie with ex Emma Cannon and is also father to 3-month-old daughter Saga Blade with ex Megan Fox.
