‘There were definitely some people that would get under your skin a little bit,’ Gia said of the ‘Special Forces’ Season 4 cast.
Gia Giudice formed a special bond with most of her Special Forces cast mates. But there was one competitor who sometimes rubbed the reality TV star the wrong way.
Gia Giudice says ‘Special Forces’ cast is amazing
On the August 8 episode of her her Casual Chaos podcast, Gia teased her experience on the upcoming season of the Fox reality series. In Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4, the Next Gen NYC star and her mom, The Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member Teresa Giudice, will test their abilities in the harsh desert environment of Morocco.
Joining Gia and an “absolutely terrified” Teresa on their adventure are a number of other celebrities, including The Valley’s Brittany Cartwright, Sister Wives star Kody Brown, and influencer Brianna LaPaglia, whom Gia said she was “definitely closest” to.
“The cast is absolutely amazing. We are such a bonded family now,” Gia said, adding that everyone was “seriously so close” after filming. “You are really getting to know everyone so well. We were all there for each other.”
“As much as I love Next Gen, this was just something different,” she said.
‘Next Gen NYC’ star says some ‘Special Forces’ cast members would get ‘under your skin’

Though the conditions were rough, everyone on Special Forces was a team. But that didn’t mean the experience was conflict-free.
“I can’t even name one person that I did not get along with on this cast,” Gia said. “There were definitely some people that would get under your skin a little bit. And you guys will see that on the show. And you guys have all been talking about him already so I’m sure you can assume who it is. But the rest of the cast was really amazing.”
Gia didn’t name Kody specifically. But several people on Gia’s Instagram have mentioned Kody. And in a post on her Instagram Story, Brianna directly addressed her issues with the TLC star.
“Let’s just say I didn’t know who he was while filming,” she wrote (via Us Weekly). “And we didn’t necessarily ~get along well~ lmao you will see.”
Kody hasn’t weighed in on any potential clashes with his Special Forces co-stars. But he did say it was an intense experience.
“This was the most exciting experience of an age!” he wrote on Instagram after his casting was announced. “Tune in and watch me and my peers suffer! Wanna see me cry? No…like full on sobbing!”
Special Forces: World’s Toughest Test Season 4 premieres Thursday, September 25 at 9 p.m. ET/PT on Fox. Episodes stream the next day on Hulu.
