Jarrett “JT” Thomas experienced what he referred to as “bravery” during a night alone in a Washington, D.C., hotel on Monday night.
After drinking half a bottle of wine, the 40-year-old Southern Charm alum, who quit the show in November 2024 ahead of its 10th season, which featured his short-lived romance with castmate Venita Aspen, 31, shared a series of posts on his Instagram Story, including an image of his bare behind.
“The bravery one feels alone, half a bottle of wine deep in a hotel far away from home… I know you all get it,” JT began from his hotel bed, shirtless, on August 11, along with the song “Highwayman” by The Highwaymen and Willie Nelson and a hashtag that proclaimed, “Shame is a flaw.”
A short time later, he shared a pic of himself in the bathroom, posing with nothing on and one of his legs raised.
“Last one night, sorry mom & fam lol,” he captioned the racy pic.
A couple of hours later, JT again surfaced on social media, where he posted a video of himself with a message that said, “G’Night from my hotel room in DC.”
“Alright. It’s time to go to bed. Clearly, I’ve had enough wine and um, thank you guys for ugh, all the um, all the support and the DMs and, yeah, I’m cancelling myself. Goodnight,” he told his fans and followers.
As Southern Charm fans will recall, JT faced tons of backlash amid season 10 due to the assumed overlap between his relationship with Venita and his romance with Ali Pereless. While JT denied wrongdoing initially, information regarding the timelines of his relationships with the women ultimately led to splits with both of them and tension between JT and his castmates.
Southern Charm season 11 is currently in production and expected to premiere on Bravo sometime later this year or early next year.
