Justin Bieber Snapped Up an Idaho Home Around the Same Time as Kim Kardashian

In 2025, Justin and Hailey Bieber found themselves at the center of relentless divorce speculation spurred by public tensions, Hailey’s occasional absence of her wedding ring, and Justin’s cryptic behavior on social media. Amid the whispers, the couple also appeared publicly united, from cozy date nights celebrating Hailey’s Rhode launch in Mallorca. Then came Justin’s surprise seventh studio album, SWAG, released July 11. The deeply personal record addresses his emotional struggles and commitment to Hailey. Now, the Biebers have another surprise: They allegedly purchased a home in Idaho, now worth $7 million, much like Kim Kardashian.

Justin Bieber allegedly shelled out $4.2 million for a home in Idaho in 2020

In 2025, Justin and Hailey Bieber’s real estate footprint reflects both strategic investment and a pursuit of sanctuary. Anchored by their primary residence, a $25.8 million mansion in gated Beverly Park, Los Angeles, they’ve crafted a lifestyle that blends luxury with privacy. This 11,145-square-foot estate, acquired in 2020, includes seven bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, expansive indoor-outdoor living spaces, a tennis court, and an infinity pool. This also makes for the perfect home to raise their son, Jack.

Beyond Beverly Park, the couple owns a sprawling 101-acre lakeside retreat in Ontario, Canada, purchased shortly after their engagement in 2018. They also maintain a desert getaway in La Quinta, California, acquired in 2023 for $16.6 million. And it seems the Biebers expanded their real estate collection to Idaho. The U.S. Sun confirmed that Justin bought a property near the Gozzer Ranch Golf & Lake Club in 2020 — the same year that Kim Kardashian acquired her Idaho property.

Justin reportedly bought the property for $4.2 million in mid-2020. The 5,000-square-foot home reportedly has five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, and an open floor plan. The home is now reportedly worth $7 million.

“Justin has been coming to Coeur d’Alene for years,” a local source told The U.S. Sun. “He can be out on the water and hang out at the Gozzer ranch club without being disturbed every day, and have people taking photographs of everything he does; he can relax more.”

Kim Kardashian bought her home in Idaho in November 2020

It’s unclear exactly who bought their Idaho home first — Kim Kardashian or Justin Bieber.

Kardashian purchased her Idaho hideaway in November 2020, according to The U.S. Sun. The property is a peaceful lakeside escape located in Harrison near Lake Coeur d’Alene. The custom-built estate spans approximately 4,544 square feet and includes five bedrooms and six bathrooms, with an estimated value reaching over $5.2 million as of 2023.

The getaway isn’t just one house but part of a broader retreat: Kardashian also owns two adjacent parcels of land. One is a 1.3-acre plot valued at around $241,620. Another is a vacant lot worth $700,000 near the exclusive Gozzer Ranch Golf Club.

“Kim, her mom Kris, and the siblings love coming out to Idaho,” an insider told the publication, “it’s a place they can let their hair down, not worry about being photographed, and enjoy nature. The source added that “nobody bothers them” in town, as many high-profile celebrities tend to vacation in the area.

Hailey Bieber confirmed that she and Justin Bieber don’t plan on permanently leaving Los Angeles

Hailey and Justin Bieber will likely continue to expand their real estate portfolio. However, they don’t have any immediate plans to leave Los Angeles.

Hailey addressed the rumors of a potential move while speaking to Vogue. She addressed the headlines that alleged that she and Justin were heading for the border to leave the country.

“I read that one,” she verified. “There’s a new headline every two days that makes no sense.”

“There’s no leaving LA for us,” Hailey continued. “We love it here.”
