Gethin Jones put a brave face on as he stepped out for the first time since announcing his father has died.
The TV presenter, 47, announced the sad news earlier this week after his father had battled illness for period of time.
Gethin shared the final picture of his smiling alongside his father in hospital on Monday alongside a heartfelt post about the man who clearly meant so much to him.
He revealed he had been playing him hymns and Arias from his phone just hours before his death.
Sharing the famous the Max Boyce quote, Gethin wrote: ‘Wales defeated England. Hymns and Arias with dad last night, before he left us this morning.

Gethin revealed his father had battled illness for period of time as he highlighted the importance of humour in helping his family.
He said: ‘Dad was poorly for a while, he put up a good fight, incredible really. It was so nice to see his dry humour, the importance of faith and his love for classical music shine through at the end.’
‘Every day I’ve been at the Heath Hospital in Cardiff, someone would stop me and ask me about dad.
‘He probably taught them at some point. He made a big impact on education in these parts over a long period of time.
‘He was strict and direct, always reasonable. A teacher for 40 years, a headteacher for 28!’
The Strictly star went on to thank the NHS for looking after his father, noting that his sister, who also works for the institution, has been ‘amazing’.
