Nottingham Forest have unveiled a striking new home kit for the 2025/26 season – a special edition that celebrates the club’s 160-year history by honouring its rich heritage and marking its exciting return to European football.

The adidas manufactured shirt features a classic pinstripe design, a much-loved motif first introduced in the 1981/82 season and synonymous with some of the club’s most iconic moments. Adding to the nostalgic feel, the kit also returns to a traditional collared neckline, blending heritage with a modern edge.

Completing the look are crisp white shorts detailed with adidas’ signature three stripes in red, paired with matching red socks featuring the ‘NFFC’ badge – a subtle but powerful nod to the club’s identity.

Forest debuted their new look in a pre-season friendly against League Two side Chesterfield F.C. However, it didn’t bring them much luck, as Nuno Espírito Santo’s side – without recently departed Anthony Elanga, who has joined Newcastle, and Morgan Gibbs-White, widely linked with Tottenham Hotspur – were held to a disappointing goalless draw.

With European football pending, they’ll be hoping the new kit brings better fortune in the season ahead.

Fans can get their hands on the 2025/26 Forest home shirt now through the official club stores, adidas retail outlets, online at www.adidas.co.uk/football-jerseys, or via the club’s website.
