Now, she’s trotted out a new “injury,” and critics feel fairly certain she’s doing it to deflect attention from her home life. It wouldn’t be the first time.

CPS is investigating Jenelle Evans yet again, according to several sources. That investigation appears to be directly related to the former reality TV star’s hard-partying ways. In other news, Evans claims to have fractured her wrist after a night out on the town. She shared the news on Instagram. Evans claims the injury is so bad that she even required an MRI. Teen Mom fans and Evans’ critics are calling her out on an injury they suspect is being publicized as a means to deflect attention from the very real drama surrounding her parenting.

It was mere minutes after Evans posted the injury update that social media followers took to Reddit to discuss the news. Most noted that her claims of a fracture seemed unfounded. She was sporting neither a cast nor a splint for the alleged injury. Instead, Jenelle shared a photo of her arm wrapped in an ACE bandage. Several users familiar with the treatment of fractures noted that an ACE wrap would be considered an unusual treatment for such an injury. An MRI would also be uncommon for the type of injury that Evans reported.
