Police said two men were standing outside when a male suspect approached on foot, took out a gun and shot at them. Both victims were transported to hospitals, where they were pronounced dead.

The men have been identified by the Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office as 38-year-old Deandre Russell and 28-year-old Nurrie Foy.
