At approximately 8:10 a.m., Illinois State Police Troop 7 and Neoga Fire and EMS responded to a single vehicle rollover incident on I-57 southbound at milepost 168.5. While on their way to the scene, Neoga Fire and EMS crews learned that the driver had exited the vehicle and was on the ground.
