Kaitlyn Bristowe revealed she got ‘a little addicted’ to painkillers while recovering from her recent boob job.

The 40-year-old alum from The Bachelor made an unexpected revelation while discussing her breast augmentation surgery—performed earlier this year—on her Instagram Stories this Thursday.

She advised followers to ensure someone was looking after them post-surgery, admitting, ‘I assumed I’d manage but completely lost track of my medication schedule, leading to a slight dependency on pain meds. So frightening,’ she explained during a virtual Q&A session, responding to a fan’s inquiry.

The reality TV personality also advised her fans to ‘make sure you trust your Dr and give him a pic to look at while he does them.’

Following the procedure, she cautioned her followers from going online while under the influence of pain medication.

‘Don’t do any social media, make decisions or shop,’ she added before sharing another personal story about her recovery.

The Bachelor alum, 40, confessed while talking about her breast augmentation surgery earlier this year

‘I couldn’t stop shopping and I barely remember,’ she admitted.

She recently revealed she had a boob job in May as she shared a video of herself telling her family and joking about the surgery.

In the social media clip, she called her family members on FaceTime and showed them fake sonograms of her breasts.

Alongside the video, she joked in her caption: ‘Telling friends and family I got twins.’ 

Additionally, she humorously noted she had graduated from the itty bitty titty committee, writing, ‘Don’t worry, IBTC, I may not be the CEO anymore, but I’m definitely still a proud member of the club.’

Back in 2021, she shared some of the work she has gotten done in response to speculation about her changing looks. 

She told her social media followers that she had undergone several cosmetic procedures over the years.

‘Six years since I was on the show, Brow lift, brow micro blading, got my teeth bonded, some filler In my lips, aging, darker hair, and I finally learned how to contour,’ she wrote to a troll’s comment.

‘Oh and I put on some weight,’ she added. 

She also clarified that she ‘didn’t go under the knife’ for her brow lift. 

‘No, I just got Botox to lift the brows,’ she explained to her followers. 

Bristowe first appeared as a contestant on the 19th season of The Bachelor. 

She also appeared on season 11 of The Bachelorette in 2015 and got engaged to Shawn Booth in the finale episode.
