A 32-year-old woman was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver as she crossed a Bronx street early Tuesday, cops said.
According to police, Dilmania Lopez de Rodriguez was hit shortly after midnight while attempting to cross Bruckner Boulevard at the Leggett Avenue intersection in Mott Haven. She was within the crosswalk at the time of the incident.
The motorist struck the woman while driving north on Bruckner Boulevard in the right lane, authorities said.

Another person driving nearby found Lopez de Rodriguez unconscious and unresponsive in the roadway and called 911, sources said.
Lopez de Rodriguez, residing under a mile away from the location, was quickly transported by EMS to Lincoln Medical Center, where she later died from her injuries, authorities reported.
The driver fled the scene and had not been caught by Tuesday afternoon.
Descriptions of the fleeing driver and the car were not immediately available.
