Fans can stream full seasons of shows like ‘Matlock’ and ‘NCIS: Origins’ for free on Pluto TV in September.
New episodes of your favorite shows are coming to CBS. But what if you’re not caught up on everything that went down on Elsbeth, Matlock, and NCIS: Origins last season? Never fear. Pluto TV has you covered.
Starting in September, the free streaming service is serving up full seasons of some of CBS’s hottest shows. For a limited time, viewers will be able to watch the most recent seasons of six hit series before new seasons premiere this fall, all without paying a cent.
What shows are part of the promotion? You’ll be able to binge:
- Elsbeth Season 2
- Fire Country Season 3
- Ghosts Season 4
- Matlock Season 1
- NCIS: Origins Season 1
- Watson Season 1
“We’re giving fans a front-row seat to binge – or sample from – a full past season of six standout CBS Original series, on Pluto TV, just before their big returns during CBS Premiere Week,” said Mike Benson, president and chief marketing officer, CBS, BET and VH1. “It’s a win all around – CBS builds excitement, Pluto TV keeps fans engaged and viewers get to relive cliffhangers or discover new favorites.”
CBS Premiere Week kicks off October 12
Fans can also mark their calendars for the return of their favorite CBS dramas and comedies starting in October.
CBS Premiere Week kicks off on Sunday October 12 with a special sneak peek at the Matlock Season 2 premiere at 8:30 p.m. ET/PT, followed by the Elsbeth Season 3 premiere at 9:30 p.m. ET/PT. Both shows move to their regular Thursday timeslot on October 16.

8 p.m.: Fire Country Season 4 premiere (moves to 9 p.m. starting October 24)
