Josh Hall’s divorce against Christina Haack has officially been settled over a year after the reality star’s third husband filed for divorce.
The judgment was filed in Orange County, California, on August 26 by Christina, according to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail.
Josh, 44, and Christina, 42, have both agreed to waive their right to spousal support, which is a surprising development revealed by recent filings, especially since the Christina on the Coast star previously mentioned she had to pay ‘some’ spousal support.
Instead, on May 6, she made an equalization payment of $300,000 to Josh, which was part of dividing their community estate related to their Nashville property and served to ‘resolve all other issues between the parties.’
Additionally, Christina covered $40,000 for Josh’s lawyers’ fees as well as the fees for the mediation attorneys in May. From now on, each party will handle their own remaining attorneys’ fees.
She previously paid him an unallocated sum of $100,000 in September 2024, which was noted in the judgment.

Both parties were awarded their separate properties with Josh keeping his property in Thompson’s Station, Tennessee (known as the Bear Creek property), his 2021 Bentley, three other vehicles and his motorcycle.
Christina, for her part, was awarded her property in Newport Beach, California, and their former home in Franklin, Tennessee, which was on-and-off the market.
She was also entitled to her 2022 Bentley, GMC, Polaris and four quads that were gifts to her children, which she noted.
The exes were awarded their separate businesses and bank accounts.
The judgment states, ‘Each party has knowingly and expressly waived and released his or her respective rights to complete full discovery, both formal and informal, relating to any issues and procedures and to investigate beyond what he or she has already pursued, the nature, extent, and value of community property (assets and liabilities) and the parties’ interest therein, and the financial circumstances of the other party.’
It further states that ‘each party has accepted the economic terms’ of the Stipulated Judgment.
The Daily Mail has reached out to Josh and Christina’s attorneys for comment.
A source told the Daily Mail, ‘This was one of the most fair divorces in reality TV history. Josh agreed to split everything he and Christina earned together, and they each walked away from the divorce with everything that they had made prior to the marriage. Josh bought each and every one of those cars on his own.
‘He voluntarily waived spousal support. Given there was no prenup, Christina should send Josh a thank you, but Josh is happy to never have to speak to her again… He couldn’t be happier.’

According to the court docs obtained by Daily Mail, the former couple split their marital assets

Last month on Jeff Lewis, Christina teased details of their ’12-hour mediation’ that took place between both parties and their lawyers.
‘Look, it’s not great, but I guess it’s done,’ she said.
She also revealed at the time that she had to pay ‘some’ spousal support, but was unable to go into detail since the final documents had yet to be signed off by the judge.
She teased that details would be ‘public knowledge soon’ and stated that she would return to the podcast to talk about everything.
However, court documents show that Josh waived his rights to spousal support, and, instead, there was a division of joint assets that were purchased with marital funds.
The couple did not sign a prenup prior to their marriage on October 6, 2021.
A source told Daily Mail, ‘Behind the scenes, the divorce between Christina and Josh was even more complicated than it appeared.’
The source noted that it took longer than usual because it was allegedly Christina and her counsel who were holding up deadlines, which cost both sides ‘unnecessary’ expenses, time and ultimately delayed the divorce process.
‘Almost everything she shared with the public was to control the narrative.’
The source continued, ‘Josh did not participate in so-called childish games. Instead, he acted like an adult and allowed the legal process to play out. Now, they can move on with their lives.’

Christina and Josh reached a settlement in their divorce 10 months after their divorce was initiated last July. They have since been embroiled in a tense legal battle that played out in the public eye, including the sale of her $4.5 million home in Franklin, Tennessee.
The home was listed for sale in October, then removed 20 days later. It was then listed for sale again in December 2024, but then taken off the market in February 2025. The reason behind it no longer being listed for sale has not been disclosed.
In January of this year, Daily Mail reported that Christina was ordered to pay Josh $150,000 from the sale of their home.
In court documents filed in October 2024, Josh had requested ‘$65,000 per month in spousal support,’ – calling it a ‘good faith settlement offer’ which Christina’s attorney said was ‘outrageous.’
Just before this, in July 2024, Christina accused Josh of transferring $35,000 from her separate property rental income into his personal bank account, per court documents. He denied this claim at the time.
During a February episode of Christina’s HGTV show with ex Tarek El Moussa, The Flip Off, the reality star claimed that Josh had asked for ‘$3.5 million.’
She made comments to her business partners on how her court date got postponed because Josh ‘made a horrible offer.’
‘He asked for $3.5 million from me,’ she alleged.

Josh has been dating Nashville-based model Stephanie Gabrys as of earlier this year
Christina is now dating businessman Christopher Larocca. A source previously told Daily Mail back in January that they have been dating for a ‘few months.’
There was even mystery over the start of their relationship timeline since Larocca’s ex Andrea Deanna alleged that the 52-year-old began dating Christina when she was still married to Josh – although Larocca denied this.
‘While we were still dating, [Christopher and Christina] were dating, and she was still married, and they were still living together,’ she told DailyMail.com.
Shortly after the HGTV star’s new man was revealed, it was also reported that Josh is dating Nashville-based model Stephanie Gabrys.
Christina has been enjoying vacationing with her beau over the summer and even celebrated her 42nd birthday in July with Christopher in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
She shared a photo of them together and a video of the beach at the Four Seasons Resort, captioning it, ‘Hi 42, I like you.’
It was later revealed that her show, Christina on the Coast, is not returning after it was announced by HGTV that the renovation series won’t be renewed.
The reality star’s marriage to Josh was her third marriage. Before him, she was married to Ant Anstead from 2018 to 2021. The pair share custody of son Hudson, five.
She was also married to Tarek El Moussa from 2009 to 2018. They share daughter Taylor, 14, and son Brayden, nine.
