Tim Walz Has the Sads—'I Get Tired of Myself at Times'

When Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz was trotted out on stage as Kamala Harris’ running mate in the 2024 presidential election, he promptly proved to the world that he was a cartoonish gaffe machine who came with a trolley car’s worth of political baggage. Did Kamala’s team even bother to vet him?

Turns out he let Minneapolis burn during the George Floyd Riots (his wife Gwen reported she left the windows open so she could “smell the burning tires”), he was an extremist on gender ideology to the point where he earned the name “Tampon Tim” for insisting that feminine products be put in boys’ restrooms, he couldn’t figure out how to load a gun, he had a DUI on his record, and he allegedly made false “stolen valor” claims about his service record.

That’s just a partial list for Coach Jazz Hands, mind you.

Now he’s looking back at the trainwreck and realizing it might have cost him.

Minnesota Democratic Gov. Tim Walz admitted that his 2024 bid for vice president might have hurt him with voters in his home state as he weighs seeking another term as governor.

The Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported Friday that Walz acknowledged in an interview his bid alongside former Vice President Kamala Harris might have hurt him with voters in Minnesota.

“People get tired of it,” Walz said. “I get tired of myself at times.”

You’re not the only one, Coach.
