Local organization helping youth with financial literacy with Authenticity Workshop

A local organization is providing a workshop in order to help the youth in the CSRA.

Take Your Mask Off, Inc. is presenting the Authenticity Workshop on Saturday, September 6th at the Liberty Park Community Center, 1040 Newmantown Road in Grovetown from 11 A.M. to 3 P.M.

According to the founder, Lakesha Washington, the workshop is for ages 11 to 17 and the goal is to build identity, strengthen communication skills, and develop emotional intelligence.

Organizers state that the workshop will include a career session that will involve hands-on sessions and a financial literacy session which will involve the basics of managing money and building smart habits for future success.
