Conjoined twins Abby and Brittany Hensel have recently shared rare wedding pictures, following their response to viral photos of them with a newborn baby.

Their intimate wedding ceremony, in which Abby tied the knot with U.S. Army veteran Josh Bowling in 2021, was kept confidential until 2024. Now, at 35, the twins are offering glimpses into their life as a married couple.

In their latest TikTok post, Abby and Brittany uploaded a series of joyful wedding snaps with Bowling.

In one heartwarming photo, both twins are seen giggling in their wedding dress while holding hands with the groom, who stands beaming back at them.

In one photo, the twins are seen joyfully posing with Josh after the ceremony, each holding a stunning bouquet. The image was captioned with simple hashtags: ‘#abbyandbrittany #twins #marriage.’

The post comes just after the Hensels were photographed carrying a baby car seat outside a Minnesota school where they teach fifth grade. The images, snapped in mid-August, showed the pair loading the baby into the back of their black Tesla before driving away.

‘They looked extremely tired during the visit, but they seemed happy to see their colleagues,’ an eyewitness told The U.S. Sun, adding that the twins ‘struggled at times with the carrier.’

The photos sent the internet into a frenzy, with social media erupting over whether the baby belonged to the twins and Bowling.

But, Abby and Brittany later responded by posting a cryptic video montage of the moment, captioned ‘Blessed’ along with hashtags like #sisterhood and #respect.

While fans flooded the comments with questions – ‘Is this their child? Or babysitting?’ one user asked – no confirmation has been provided.

The twins have not returned requests for comment from the Daily Mail.

Abby married Bowling in 2021, a detail that came to light only after Today.com obtained their marriage records.

Shortly after, Bowling updated his Facebook profile to include a photo of himself with the twins, publicly affirming their union.

Abby also reportedly became a stepmother to Bowling’s daughter from a previous relationship.

The family now resides in a $510,000 five-bedroom, four-bathroom home in St. Paul, Minnesota, living what appears to be a quiet, suburban life – until now.

Though the sisters have long avoided the spotlight, they haven’t shied away from addressing the intense curiosity surrounding their lives.

In a TikTok video posted after news of the wedding went public, they wrote: ‘This Is a Message To All the Haters Out There. If You Don’t Like What I Do But You Watch Everything I’m Doing, You’re Still a Fan.’

In June 2024, more wedding content surfaced – including a video of Abby and Bowling’s first dance, set to a remix of Adele’s ‘Rolling in the Deep.’ Another TikTok was captioned: ‘We know you think you know us,’ set to Justine Skye’s ‘Collide.’

Abby and Brittany have a rare condition known as dicephalic parapagus, meaning they have two heads but share one body.

Abby controls the right side, Brittany the left. They each have their own heart, stomach, and lungs, but share all organs below the waist.

The condition is incredibly rare – occurring in just one out of every 50,000 to 60,000 births – and most are stillborn.

The Hensels rose to prominence through various media appearances and a short-lived TLC reality series in 2012. Since then, they’ve largely kept their personal lives under wraps.
