RHOA Season 17 Spoilers: K. Michelle Feuds With Angela and Drew, Porsha and Shamea’s Tension Continues as Cast Heads to Dallas, Plus Newbies Are Introduced, and Returning Faces Revealed

The cast of The Real Housewives of Atlanta has been filming for season 17 for several weeks now. Not much is known about the upcoming installment, except that the entire cast from Season 16 is expected to return. However, a few details have recently leaked about what fans can expect regarding the cast dynamics.

Currently, it has been all but confirmed that singer and former Love & Hip Hop star K. Michelle, 43, will be on RHOA season 17 in some capacity. She has been seen with the ladies, and some of the cast have interacted with her on social media. The same is true for restaurateur Pinky Cole, 37.

Someone with knowledge of the filming for The Real Housewives of Atlanta season 17 reached out to Bravo and Cocktails with some details. They stated that the cast is about three weeks into filming, and the person also confirmed that Cynthia Bailey, 58, is returning as a friend of the show. The person also stated that former Love & Hip Hop star Tammy Rivera, 39, will also make appearances throughout the season.

The insider also states that the drama between Porsha Williams, 44, and Shamea Morton, 43, remains unresolved, and that Kelli Ferrell, 40, has taken the side of the latter of the two dueling friends. Apparently, Angela Oakley, 44, and Drew Sidora, 40, have had some minor drama with K so far. The report also says that the singer has “stirred up some conversation” among the ladies.

Of course, the upcoming season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta is expected to feature multiple cast trips, and the insider says the first was K’s, which was to Dallas. This fits as she has made the shift to country music after several years of wanting to do so. The report also states that an ongoing “pass the peach” situation exists between Kelli, K, and Pinkey. Additionally, producers wanted Pinkey for the show in order to have a married entrepreneur.

There’s also a mention of Kelli’s tax issues, as well as one of the events filmed having been at her grand opening for the new location of Nana’s Chicken and Waffles. However, it seems Porsha wasn’t at the event.
