Happy birthday wishes are in order for Kamron Carter. The son of Lil Wayne and Lauren London just hit his milestone birthday as he turned 16!

The teen, who has grown up in the spotlight, towers over his younger brother Kross, whom London shares with the late Nipsey Hussle.

“My two Virgo Boys/Kross turned 9, Kam is 16 today! Time moves…” Lauren wrote on Instagram, adding, “Fast” alongside a photo of her sons standing side by side.

Celebrity friends flocked to the comments to share their love.

Tamar Braxton joked, “Because Kam is NOT THAT BIG OMG!!!!”

Singer Cassie added, “You already know what this does to me! Happiest Birthday Kam and Kross!! Love you 3 so much!”

Khloe Kardashian, “Lolo this is crazy! Time is flying!!!!! Wow! Happy happy birthday Kam and Kross. may God bless you forever and always.”

Kameron is developing his own interests and personality, following in his father’s footsteps in the world of sports while also taking an interest in finance. Lauren shared in a 2023 podcast episode of Assets Over Liabilities that, “I have an uncle that is very much into, you know, financial wealth in our community. And I also think just — [Kameron] grew up in the house with Hussle, so Nip was a really big influence on him for sure.”

Lil Wayne also prioritizes time with Kameron, even during his busy schedule. On Matt Barnes’s podcast, All the Smoke, he explained how he paused filming to FaceTime the teen for a bedtime check-in, “That’s Kam, he going to sleep. He gotta get his goodnight,” Wayne said as he called him back. “Goodnight, boy. I love you. Gimme some,” he added, pretending to give him a handshake.

LiL Wayne reflected on their shared love for sports, “You’ll be able to see pictures of me and Kam courtside over the years. The kid, he knows so much about sports. Everybody knows I love sports. Going to a game has been different over time. Going to a game with him, we damn near don’t even watch it because we know so much…You find that with each kid.”

Meanwhile, Lauren continues to navigate parenthood as a single mom with grace, finding ways to support her children through grief and growth. On the Today show in 2023, she shared, “I’ve been extremely open with them about the grief process as much as I can. I’m more compassionate now as a mother. I have a teenager now, so I’m doing some inner child teenager work as well.”
