Stefon Diggs is at the center of a paternity lawsuit.

The NFL star, who is expecting a baby with Cardi B, allegedly fathered a baby girl born in April with Aileen Lopera, according to court documents obtained by People Sept. 18.

Lopera—also known as Lord Gisselle on social media—initially filed documents against Diggs in December 2024, while still pregnant, to “determine a parental relationship of their unborn baby,” per the outlet. At the time, she requested sole physical and legal custody of the child while asking the court to award Diggs visitation rights.

In a subsequent legal response, the New England Patriots wide receiver—who is dad to Nova, 8, from a previous relationship—contested the baby’s paternity and requested genetic testing to confirm whether or not he was the father, according to People.

Additionally, the 31-year-old asked that if indeed he was the father of the baby—whom Lopera named Charliee Harper Diggs-Lopera, per the filing—he and Lopera would share joint legal and physical custody as well as joint payment of “reasonable expenses” related to the pregnancy, birth, and attorney’s fees, People reported citing the docs.
