1) Jets special teams player Qwan’tez Stiggers made a notable play on Sunday. With the Jets trailing 13-6 against the Buccaneers, he successfully tackled the punt returner immediately after the catch without any obstruction.

Afterward, Stiggers indulged in a 25-yard celebratory sprint that didn’t conclude until he reached the end zone. His actions seemed quite self-absorbed and may have given others the impression that he was being overzealous.

2) Rookie Cam Skattebo, the Giants’ headstrong fullback, scored a touchdown against the Chiefs. Concerned he hadn’t received enough individual recognition, Skattebo carried out a last-minute flip that seemed more perilous than impressive and more rehearsed than spontaneous.
