Pregnant Perrie Edwards proudly showed off her blossoming baby bump as she hosted a listening party for her debut solo album.

The singer, 32, and her footballer fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, are already parents to son Axel, four.

Her pregnancy comes at an especially exciting time as she prepares to launch her first solo album and step into a brand-new chapter of her music career. 

To mark the occasion, the star held a special listening event ahead of the album’s release on Friday.

Sharing snaps from the event to her Instagram on Thursday, Perrie turned heads in a chic white jumpsuit featuring a tummy cut-out that showcased her baby bump. 

The star beamed as she posed next to a pal in front of a giant screen displaying her album cover.

It comes after Perrie was left red-faced as her son corrected her on the lyrics to her own song after she censored them in front of him.

The singer has carved a successful solo career for herself since Little Mix went on hiatus in 2022.

Her biggest tracks to date include You Go Your Way, Tears and Forget About Us.

However, Axel quickly called her out, telling his mother: ‘That’s not the words!’

Perrie replied ‘it is’ before Axel then blurted out the expletive which left her open-mouthed as she dropped to the ground in laughter.

Amused fans replied to the clip, with one writing: ‘Axel taking no prisoners—tiny critic, big honesty.’

A second posted: ‘That’s so sweet! Axel keeping Perrie on her toes is adorable nothing like kids to make sure we get it right.’

‘That’s so adorable! A son correcting his mom on her own lyrics is just the cutest thing ever. He’s such a little legend,’ said a third.

Perrie’s upcoming release comes after her former Little Mix band member Jade released her debut album.

Meanwhile, she recently debuted her baby bump after announcing she was expecting her second child earlier this month.

She and her fiancé Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain had taken to social media to share the happy news with fans.

She gave a nod to her new single If He Wanted To He Would as she featured the lyrics on a white T-shirt which she revealed after turning round to show her blossoming bump.

Her happy news comes after she opened up about two devastating losses she suffered before the birth of Axel.

She spoke about her experience on the recent episode of Paul C Brunson’s We Need To Talk podcast.

Perrie shared that she first miscarried early into her first pregnancy, and discovered the devastating loss when she started bleeding and headed to the doctors.

She then went onto reveal that a year after giving birth to her ‘rainbow baby’ Axel, she discovered she was pregnant again, but tragically lost her baby at 24 weeks.

Speaking about her son, Perrie said: ‘Axel’s a rainbow baby.

‘So I had a miscarriage very early on with my first ever pregnancy, and it was so early. I remember finding out I was pregnant.

‘Obviously, I started bleeding not long after, and I went to the hospital and I had the scan and they were like, ‘There’s no baby.”

‘And I was like, ‘oh, I’ve made this up. Maybe I got a false positive or something.’ And I remember being on my own at the appointments because nobody was there.’
