In other news…. Nollywood star Dayo Amusa has called on people to stop constantly saying yes to others and living solely to meet other people’s expectations.

According to Naija News, Amusa, who is vying for the role of Vice President of the Actors Guild of Nigeria (AGN), Southwest, shared her thoughts on Instagram.

She emphasized that agreeing to things just to avoid disappointing others often leaves a person exhausted while benefiting those around them. Amusa stressed the importance of safeguarding one’s time and happiness instead of sacrificing them for people who fail to appreciate them.

The actress also highlighted that it’s perfectly acceptable to step away from those who cannot respect personal boundaries, and that making choices that prioritize one’s own well-being should never cause guilt.

Amusa noted that life does not owe anyone anything and that people are shaped more by their decisions than by their circumstances. She encouraged her followers to stop complaining, take responsibility for their lives, and trust in their ability to overcome obstacles.
