Zoey Deutch and Jimmy Tatro are taking the next step in their relationship.

“Three months engaged to the love of my life,” Deutch, 30, wrote via Instagram on Sunday, September 28, alongside photos of the couple at the proposal.

In one image, Deutch gave a soft smile as she flashed her engagement ring for the camera and looked up at Tatro, 33. Another pic showed Tatro getting down on one knee in the sand and popping the question to Deutch as the sun set.

Several celebrities were quick to send the pair congratulatory messages in the comments section.

“Sooo happy for yooooou,” Vanessa Hudgens wrote, while Sarah Hyland added, “YESSSSS 😍😍😍😍.” Lili Reinhart also commented, “Congratulations, beautiful angel!! ❤️❤️.”

Deutch and Tatro first went public with their relationship on Valentine’s Day in 2021. At the time, Tatro shared an Instagram collage featuring the duo, writing, “Just using today as an excuse to post some top notch untapped Zoey content.”

Later that year, Tatro celebrated Deutch’s birthday via Instagram while sharing photos of the pair. In one image, Deutch was photographed with a filter that gave her a mustache. “Happy [birthday] Fred,” he captioned the post.

In 2022, Deutch and Tatro made their first public appearance as a couple at a Super Bowl LVI pregame party. Later that year, Deutch opened up about how she and Tatro are a perfect match.

“I would be so bored If I was dating someone who agreed with me on everything and thought everything in the same way as me – I’d be so bored by that,” Deutch said during an interview with Betches U Up? in August 2022. “I mean I am currently with someone who is my actual polar opposite.”

The twosome have continued to offer fans a glimpse of their romance. In August 2022, Deutch jokingly recalled Tatro getting secondhand embarrassment while watching her character in Not Okay.

“My boyfriend watched it for the first time and he was like, ‘No! Zoey, why are you doing that?’” she told Lights, Camera, Barstool at the time. “I don’t know if he actually really watched it because his head was in his hands the whole time.”

Later that year, Deutch opened up about partying with Nina Dobrev and Shaun White at the 28th annual amfAR Gala in France — where Tatro shared a photo of him and Deutch getting pulled over by the police.

“We were leaving an event very early in the morning and we, I don’t know how, somehow ended up on the track for the Grand Prix in Monaco,” she recalled on the Kelly Clarkson Show in December 2022. “And they were all like, coming on and bringing all the cars on for the Grand Prix. So, we got stopped and pulled over.”

The pair have since traveled to Antarctica in January 2023, Ireland in August 2023 and Colorado in December 2023. The next year, Deutch gushed over Tatro for his birthday alongside a compilation of pics of the pair through the years. She wrote, “happy jimmy day!!”
